Design and Drafting
Personal Shopping
$75/hour
I meet you at a selection of furniture/fixture/product showrooms and walk you through the process of selecting what you need for your project. This is recommended for remodels when selecting flooring, plumbing, lighting, and countertops, etc.
If you're short on time I can also shop for you and present you with a “shopping list” of recommended items for your project. I can source from online as well as local stores.
Rate is hourly and includes travel time.
Wine & Design
$175 for 2 hours
Not ready to do a large project, but want some professional advice? I'll come to your home with a bottle of wine. We can relax, talk about your personal design goals, and you can pick my brain for up to 2 hours... just tell me Red or White!
I save you money. I save you time.
And I show up with a bottle of wine!
Drafting and Design
$75/hour
Once we've had our initial consultation to determine the scope of your project (new home construction, remodel, or addition) I will create a custom floor plan for you. I will draft the plans you need to have your project estimated by the builder or contractor of your choice and prepare all construction documents (plans for the contractor and city permit process). Drafting services are charged hourly. Exact hours depend on the scope of your project and how many revisions you request during the process.
I also require a $300 non-refundable deposit at the beginning of this process which covers the initial site visit and consultation and the creation of the preliminary design concept (approximately 4 hours).
Furniture Layout Consultation
$75/hour
I can work with what you have and help you identify any new pieces you need. As needed I will create moodboards to help you visualize the new look and drafted furniture layouts. You can take the plans and run with them, or I can take care of it all including staging accessories and hanging artwork.
Real Estate Staging
$75/hour

You only get one chance to make a first impression, so let me create your action plan before your agent takes those all-important listing photos or schedules an open house.
I will consult with you on ways to arrange your furniture and accessories, de-clutter, and make small improvements that are worth the investment prior to you listing your home.
As a professional Realtor, you understand the power of staging, and already have a few tricks up your sleeve. But sometimes we all need a little professional guidance on those especially challenging properties. Membership allows you to email me your questions an unlimited number of times each month and get professional advice at a moment's notice. If you need me to make a site visit those are charged at a discounted rate of $40/hour.
Rate is billed monthly. If you pre-pay 6 months at a time I offer a 10% discount.
