LOCAL SERVICES
Wine & Design $220
Not ready to do a large project, but want some professional advice? I'll come to your home with a bottle of wine. We can relax, talk about your personal design goals, and you can pick my brain for up to 2 hours... just tell me Red or White!
I save you money. I save you time.
And I show up with a bottle of wine!
Drafting & Design $97/hour
Once we've had our initial consultation to determine the scope of your project (new home construction, remodel, or addition) I will create a custom floor plan for you. I will draft the plans you need to have your project estimated and prepared by the builder or contractor of your choice. Exact hours depend on the scope of your project and how many revisions you request during the process.
I also require a $485 non-refundable deposit at the beginning of this process which covers the initial site visit and consultation and the creation of the preliminary design concept (approximately 5 hours).
Paint Color Selection $97/hour
One wall or the whole house... I'll help you choose colors with confidence - saving you time, money, and frustration.
Personal Shopping $97/hour
I meet you at a selection of furniture/fixture/product showrooms and walk you through the process of selecting what you need for your project. This is recommended for remodels when selecting flooring, plumbing, lighting, and countertops, etc.
If you're short on time I can also shop for you and present you with a “shopping list” of recommended items for your project. I can source from online as well as local stores.
Rate is hourly and includes travel time.
Real Estate Staging $97/hour

You only get one chance to make a first impression, so let me create your action plan before your agent takes those all-important listing photos or schedules an open house.
I will consult with you on ways to arrange your furniture and accessories, de-clutter, and make small improvements that are worth the investment prior to you listing your home.
CUSTOM HOME PLANS
Custom Floorplan Creation
starting at $485
Send me your scribbles, your wishlist, and any inspiration photos you have and I can create a perfect floorplan for you. Once you have a plan, you can take it to the builder of your choice, wherever you are.
The $485 covers the first 5 hours of design and drafting (project minimum). Additional revisions are charged at $97/hour.
Personal Concept Board $149
Once your new floorplan is complete, you need to know which materials and finishes to choose. I can create a custom concept board for you, pulling inspiration from your client questionnaire and a shared Pinterest board. This concept board will be your roadmap as you shop for and construct your space.
E-DESIGN/VIRTUAL
DON'T KNOW ABOUT VIRTUAL OR E-DESIGN?
E-Design is ideal for you if you are a bit of a DIY type who wants the inspiration and guidance of a professional Interior Designer, but are willing to prepare, manage and implement on your own, to create the space of your dreams.
Your E-Design package is created just for you and your unique space. It will include a customized design concept and personal webpage to track your project from start to finish, culminating in your "online shopping list."
Room Refresh $220
Use what you've got, and add a little extra with my advice to guide you.
Each package will include 1 initial proposed mood board to visually communicate the proposed design. Once confirmed the final package will include a final concept board with “inspiration” selections (to guide you towards the style of pieces that will work in your space – you make the final selections), and an approximate furniture layout plan.
Color Consult $99
Have me create a custom color scheme and material palette for your project.
Project Concept Board $149
If you just need a starting point for your next project, I can create a custom concept board for you, pulling inspiration from your client questionnaire and a shared Pinterest board. This concept board will be your roadmap as you shop for and arrange your space.
