What is included in our Boutique ready-to-build Plans?

All plans are provided in a .pdf format.  They are formatted to be at scale when printed on ARCH D (24" x 36") paper.  This can be done at any local print shop.

  • Floor Plan - each level

  • Exterior Elevations

  • Dimensioned Framing Plan - each level

  • Basic Foundation Plan (non-engineered)

  • Basic Electrical Plan 

  • Window & Door Schedule (for planning and sourcing)

  • Basic Building Details and Stair Cross-Section (where applicable)

  • Interior Elevations of all cabinetry (for planning and sourcing)

Please note that our plans are not stamped or engineered.  You or your builder will need to take these plans to an engineer to meet your local building regulations.

Minor revisions or changes to the interior of the home may be made to the plans for an additional charge.  If the revisions look to exceed 5 hours we recommend our Custom Plan services.  If you wish to make revisions to one of our boutique plans, a 50% deposit is required before work will begin, with the balance due at delivery of the final plan set.

When you purchase a boutique ready-to-build plan you will receive an invoice within 1 business day. 

Upon payment receipt your plans will be emailed to you in .pdf format to the email address you provide.
