  • Primary metal finish is brushed nickel/stainless 

  • Kitchen metal finish is dark/oil rubbed bronze to contrast with white cabinets and painted brick

  • Ceiling and trim to be painted crisp white

  • Shower surround to be tiled up to ceiling

  • other walls to be tiled approx. 3' high

  • 6" square white tile as primary

  • cap with black bulnose edge

  • small inset detail in shower to match hex tile floor - lined up with window dimensions

  • vanity to have at least 6" clearance between left side and wall (adjust as needed to keep light and medicine cabinet on a nice centerline based on stud location)
